 In the olden days flax was very useful.They used it to make boats and rafts.Flax is found at Kaiteriteri and lots of other places around the country. Flax is very good for making stuff.

The fantail is beautiful.
The fantail has a big tail and it can
spread it's tail.
The wing span of the fantail is 9cm long.
They live all over NZ.
